Okay - found another weak spot for sticking to my meal plan. Being sick. I can't really taste anything and I mostly want soup and warm stuff, which isn't what I have available on my plan right now. So yesterday I went off plan to "feed my cold."
Had my Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup and oatmeal I felt much better. I don't think this is going to throw me off my goal - got to roll with life!
